OUR STORY
The Clarice house is a limited company; it was registered by the registrar of companies on 11th November 2008. Our operation includes luxury accommodation, food and beverage services, outside catering and we also host a variety of events on our premises such as weddings, wedding photography, get together parties, buffet dinners.
ORGANIZATION DESCRIPTION
The Clarice house is a hospitality establishment running a Boutique style hotel facility. It is situated within the suburbs of Kisumu City in the Milimani area off Awuor Otiende road. It is situated just 5 minutes drive from the city centre. The Property is fully owned by the Directors.
Our customers rate as on trip advisor as being:- A gem in Kisumu, a breath of fresh air, absolute delight and pleasant surprise. All comments recommend the staff and service, the food and the rooms. Generally their rating is 4 and 5 star.
LAYOUT AND COMPOSITION
The Clarice house has 8 Luxury bedrooms, Lounge and Bar, Terrace restaurant, garden and sidewalk seating areas. There is a perimeter wall around the property and there is ample and secure parking.
